Greens Point Catering
Thank you for booking the Inclusive Package at Lionscrest!
Greens Point Catering is ready to make your special day an event to remember. Now that you are booked and on our calendar, breathe easy! Your catering is in great hands!
Here is some additional information on next steps:
Connecting with Greens Point Catering: Your Greens Point Catering event designer will be contacting you about six months prior to your event for an initial consultation. They will be asking general questions about the types of food you’d like and the style of service you want in order to create an initial sample menu for your review. Your event designer will be working with you throughout the planning process to answer questions, help you with final menu decisions, and attend the details meeting at Lionscrest with you.
Menu Planning: Your event designer will invite you to attend a couples tasting and encourage you to attend Spring & Fall Bridal Shows at Lionscrest to maximize your tasting potential! She will review our Inclusive Package Menu with you to make selections that fit your tastes and service style preferences. Ultimately, you’ll ideally have your menu finalized prior to your details meeting at Lionscrest.
Event Planning: Your coordinator will contact you 3-4 months prior to your event to schedule your details meeting at Lionscrest. This meeting date should be about 6-8 weeks prior to the event and happens at Lionscrest offices. You will create your timeline, floor plans, pick linen colors and finalize service details that we will execute for you on your special day.
The Week Before Your Event: The final guest count will be due to your event designer 10 days prior to your event. Payment for tax, higher guest counts or upgrades is due 5 days prior to your event. After final count is given, the guest count cannot be decreased, as chef has ordered ingredients based on final numbers. If needed, we can increase the count the week of the wedding. However, additional guests added at this point incur a $3 per guest fee.
